The story

how the work came together.

Where Mach 1 started, what Prism changed, and where it landed.

  1. 01

    the challenge.

Mach 1 builds AI agents with the teams who use them. Its customers were getting results worth talking about, and many said so on camera. That proof lived in hours of interview footage and scattered files, and the website was not yet the place a buyer could see it.

  2. 02

    the approach.

Prism rebuilt mach1ai.com around customers’ own words: captioned films, sourced results, a page for every team, and a calm, motion-led design. Behind the site, Prism built the tools the growth team works in: a content engine, an interview vault with checked transcripts, a campaign review room, and a growth plan.

  3. 03

    the result.

The new site launched in October 2026 with five customer stories, its results told in customers’ own words or sourced reports. The growth team plans, reviews, and measures in tools shaped around how it already works.

The website

a launch led by customers.

On mach1ai.com, results are told in customers’ own words or sourced reports. The design stays calm and gets out of the way, so the people who use Mach 1 do the talking.

Behind the site

the tools behind the launch.

A website is one piece. Mach 1’s growth team works in private tools Prism built around how they already work. They hold real customer data, so instead of screenshots, here is how each one works.

  1. 01Content engine

    one calendar for every channel.

Posts from the company page and the team’s own profiles land on one calendar across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and TikTok. Every post is compared with what is typical for that account, so the team can see what worked.

    • Analytics for each channel, the website included
    • Plans written in the app, not a spreadsheet
    • Every post linked to its source file
  2. 02Interview vault

    every transcript, checked three ways.

Customer interviews are the proof behind the site. Prism transcribed Mach 1’s video library with three independent speech engines checked against each other, then built a private, password-protected vault where the team finds interviews and tracks approvals.

    • Product and customer names checked against a glossary
    • Captions and transcripts for every publishable clip
    • Approvals tracked before a clip goes public

334videos transcribed and checked, July 2026

  3. 03Campaign review

    feedback pinned to the frame.

The team reviews every video ad in one room. Comments land on the exact second they are about, each ad gets a verdict, and the strategy, the buyer journey, and the landing pages sit right beside it.

    • Timestamped comments and a verdict per ad
    • One link shares an ad in the right format
    • Every comment and verdict can be exported
  4. 04Growth plan

from first view to first workflow.

A private plan site lays out who Mach 1 is trying to reach, on which channels, and the path from the first ad someone sees to a conversation with the team, with an estimate for each lead source.

    • Audiences and channels on one page
    • Estimates for each lead source
    • The buyer journey, stage by stage

Outcomes

what changed.

  1. 1. mach1ai.com relaunched in October 2026 around five customer stories, each told in the customer’s own words with captioned films and sourced results.

  2. 2. Support, sales, customer success, and operations each have their own page, and five everyday processes link from the homepage straight to the page that shows how they run.

  3. 3. Tower, the product’s assistant, and the way the team works with customers are shown in illustrated scenes instead of described in jargon.

  4. 4. A free AEO report gives visitors a useful reason to reach out before they are ready for a sales call.

  5. 5. Behind the site, the growth team plans and measures content, reviews ads, and finds approved interview clips in private tools Prism built around how they work.
